FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We deliver up to a 35 mile radius of York (however we may be able to deliver further upon request). Delivery is free up to a 20 mile radius, and a further £2/mile above this.


We generally hire out the props over a 2-3 day period (e.g. drop off Friday evening/Saturday morning, collect Sunday morning). We may be able to hire out for longer upon request. Delivery/collection times can be flexible to work around your plans.


No - we will do all the cleaning for you. We just ask that you dispose of any food/drink prior to collection.


We require a 25% security deposit at time of booking to secure your date. This will be refunded upon safe return of props/accessories.


Send us an email stating your event date, location & what you would like to hire. If we have availability, we'll send you over a draft invoice. If happy, you will need to pay the 25% security deposit to secure your date. The remaining fee must be paid 2 weeks prior to your event.


We love creating new props, so if there's something you had in mind that we don't provide, please get in touch & we'll see what we can do.


We offer a 10% discount when 2 or more props are hired.


Yes, we have Public Liability Insurance.
